EDUCATIONAL CHALLENGES IN MINOR SCHOOLS: History of New Kapela Primary School N EW KAPELA PRIMARY SCHOOL HISTORY OF THE SCHOOL UP TO DECEMBER, 2018 BY ASIMS 2018 New Kapela Primary school is situated in Senga Hill District in the Northern Province of Zambia. The school was found in 1999 with very low enrollment levels, not revealed at the time of data collection. The school has an establishment of eight teachers but only three teachers are present. The school was established after abolishment of Old Kapela due to lack of community support and disengagement. The school was moved from its initial location in Kasekela village to Mupanza Village. These areas are so close to each other that the closure of Old Kapela Primary School which was situated at Kasekela and the opening of New Kapela Primary School hard no significant Meaning.
